I've noticed that if I pick a bud off of my plant another will grow back given enough time. Is there not a way to harvest a bunch of the weed and let it grow more and harvest that? I figure if so you can get 2 great harvest from one plant.
It doesn't really work that way but it is possible to reveg the plants after harvesting by leaving little stubs of the buds and switching back to 18/6 light. If it's going to work you should see new one-bladed leaves start growing out of the old bud sites in 3 - 4 weeks. A dose of veg nutes and lower light levels is what I do to make that happen. I have a Hindu Kush girl about a week or so into revegging now. I've been harvesting her over the last month and still have a couple hours worth of trimming to do after carefully taking off the last of the buds. She's done up in a ScroG so leaving all the branches on the screen to sprout out at all the old bud sites and hopefully get another good crop off her. My fave Kush so far.
There's less bud on her now and more to come off but she's still alive and will hopefully reveg. I have two small plants from cuttings I took off her before flipping to flower. She turns almost black late in flowering.
That's her in the back behind the AK47 from the last grow.
And the fruity smelling buds.
