Well, I saw a few around midnite here, but then got up at 4:30 and took a spliff and a black cherry soda outside and sat in the field and got quite a good show. I got to see some real nice long ones with tracers. Not as good as the one I saw about 15 years ago when I could actually hear the meteors fizzing as they shot past. That was a night to remember. i'm going out one last time before dawn.... It's good stuff!!

I'm not positive if what I saw were meteors. We have sooo many trees around my house and it was cloudy but I saw these huge flashes of light threw the clouds. I thought it was lightning but it looked so much brighter and was consistently in the same areas. If it was meteors I really enjoyed the flashes they were, a few lit up my backyard pretty well and I plan on going back out tonight to see if there's more. By the way I was out there from 4:00-4:20

I went in around 2:00, didn't see any..

i saw about 10,.,.sat outside til i got to high to se3 and i felt like i was se3ing things,.,lol.,.,the first like 3 i saw i thought i was se3ing things.,.,but as i focused i saw more and more.,., lovely sight.,.,.there was a pictre contest thread if u got a pic of those u were quick on the draw things moved faster than anything ive se3n.,.,smoked to much/to many concentrates/to many red stripes had to go in the house bout 2,lol

I went out to the boonies...in the desert. Where there are Joshua trees. lol. No cars....
no lights. Stayed out for about an hour and a half. Damn I wish the moon wasn't so damn bright. All the really good ones were towards the moon.

But I could say I saw about 50-60 while I was out there. About 10 REALLY good ones that left trails for at least a second or two.

Will watch again tonite....except I ain't driving all the way out there again. lol.

Really enjoyed it. It got kinda cold, so I left.
