Its called a Highbay light. Will work just fine. Remove the socket and hood. Add some wire, not over 10 ft, where you removed the socket. reattach socket to ther end of new wire. Add a cord being sure one of the wires you are attaching too is marked 125. Most highbay ballasts are multitap. Meaning they can perate on many different voltages. You can even wire in a 6 dollar igniter and fire hps bulbs also.ok so i was surfing craigslist for lights and i found someone selling shop lights for $50 buxx they are MH250 watt lights.............
my question is.......... how good would it be for flowering and how would i be able to put a diff. reflector on it
you lost me at the end what is a 6 dllar starter is that a typo or light lingo? and fire hps bulb?? i can use a HPS on that to? and by wire you mean splice the socket on to the ballast?
