Messed up big-time

Wait, what?

Wasn't paying attention and ended up with Miracle Grow perlite. The bag was a different design, I had no idea till the two plants burned. One is real bad, the other is okay, but damn, I didn't know anyone, including MG, put nutes in perlite

I think they'll both make it, but I'm going to read everything from now on

Dude....
It's not the MG Perilite...'
It is something you did...
When you say or blame MG for your fail...
You are screaming "I am a Newbie"

Trust me... I use MG products all the time... no problems...
Look at your bag... the % of Macro Nutes...
Point .0 means less than 1% .00 means less than .01%
Get it? That's not enough to matter...
So, quit the Blame game...
Fess up... Somewhere else...
You just screwed up...

I did fess up. The plants weren't ready for the amount I used. I'm saying, I didn't think there were any, and that was my fault completely

I have a whole bag and will use it. But, sparingly

It's all good man... I use MG products...
I yell it...
MG perilite... is fine...
There are MG Haters...
I grow in soil as my medium...
Many different "Brands" and I amend every brand I buy...
Soil=75%
Perilite= 12.5%
Vermiculite=12.5 %
Makes a lite air mix... room for roots...Roots love it, and plant drains better the more Perilite/vermiculite you use...
I also add Bone Meal/Blood Meal/and Veg garden tone... Yes, sometimes, all I can get is MG products...
You can grow fine in MG... is it the best {I never said that]

I went way more than 25%. Was following organic advice

It does drain much better than when I had soil alone

Don't stress it. Just use water. I also don't think you could but. Them but with chem nutes involved and babies and going above 25% perlite to soil ratio, and although I don't hate miracle grow for if I had to I'd use their perlite , and blood and bone meal but I find other sources that produce better results. Plus them brands are shady and usually carry knats in their shit. I make my own soils and nutes and I am very happy with my outcome . .don't stress it man. Go get yourself some aloe plants to keep around they help when your plants are stressed, get for foliar or root drench and for clones, it's a need plant in organics, I have 3 and will prob get more, I clone mine lol Also coconuts help too for enzymes to help with roots, if you burned the leafs you might of burned the roots. Got to love growing. I fuck up alot and I learn and combat it and usually don't face the problem again. Good luck man.

The big one came back nicely and the one that got burned to hell is growing and green as can be now. cut the burnt ones off and I'm going to clone the new branches in a few weeks and do ten plants.
