Why does the government need to borrow money from banks to lend to banks, why can't the banks just lend to banks.

because that way doesn't involve our taxes, taxes are going to rise and rise and rise to pay for this money that we gave to the banks, all of which seems to have vanished, its not going in the right direction to help the people out, its going straight into the pockets of fatcats,
everyone needs to stop playing their game, take a step back and realise that were going to get screwed no matter who its by. obama, bush, whoever, it doesn't really matter, their agenda is all the same, its just a different sales pitch.
stop fighting over who is the biggest asshole, and realise they are all assholes, nothing is going to get better until a total change takes place, but everyone gets so caught up in arguing over who is the biggest ass, (which is what they want, so they can distract you) that they can't see that its a relatively just a handful of people that are dictating to us, and the only way its going to change is when the american people stand up agianst their government together, the english against their government, and tell them how we want our country run.
We elect these people to serve our interests, which they are clearly not doing.

I have no qualms about profit.. but when its done on the backs as the sick thats wrong.. I've had 8 major operations.. if I was in the US I'd be living in a box.... it cost me 0..free drugs, free transport to Dr.. I go to what Dr, where and when and how many Drs I want, no HMO telling me I can't.. same with education.. last night on CNN they said the US is 24th in tech/maths.. when it comes to the students you want your future to be educated.. but you guys in the US seem to place profit now above basic industry profits of the future... As for C cards..again no problem with profit..but when they can raise your rates 5 fold because maybe your check was late in post or by bank processing thats wrong.. they can slow your processing, then nail you for late charges..... profit yes... at the detriment of society no.........

It's not free, it's "free." Your higher tax rate in a sense prepays your medical care. If you don't pay your taxes, you are stealing money from others that do.

Everytime money changes hands and goes down on paper, the government takes their slice.
A company that provides raw materials to a manufacturing company will pay taxes, on obtaining those resources, handling those resources, shipping those resources and selling those resources, the company that ships those products will have to pay taxes for everything it uses in order to provide those services, the company that receives, the manufacturing company will pay taxes at all levels and it goes on and on, every company paying taxes for its employees, property taxes blah blah blah,
then when it makes it down to our hands, they tax us for receiving it, they tax us for spending it, they tax us on the interest for saving it, so many different taxes on everything in life,
where is all this money going?
