Not to mention he tells you not to follow any advice you read on this forum.

There are a lot of growers on the forum with more knowledge than myself and I have learned everything needed to grow great cannabis from reading this site and help from fellow members. I've not needed help growing in years thanks to this site.

Also, I don't need a log book as I have a photographic memory.
I didn't need a log book because i didn't need one.

I am no expert, everything i know is through reading this forum. But the difference between myself and others, is that i have enough common sense to learn from multiple sources so as to gain concensus on useful information, and be able to weed out the bullshit, such as is being offered in this thread.

I wonder how he would feel about the info from uncle ben on this site? My leaves stay green throughout the whole flower process because of that dude, not to mention I get better and bigger harvests mainly because of his info.

moms basement was making a reference to the space one was growing in
and you can grow without a log book...u can grow how ever you like, but like i said for a first time grower i suggest a log book...
know the day you planted to see how long things took to learn your system...
write down what works best for what strain once you get growing better i doubt you'd need a log book...if critical had a log book he could have wrote down how to clone and all info about it in that log book and wouldnt have posted that mess of a clone on this forum because he would have done it right

That is what you first stated, and then you stated this

on your first grow you need a log book
Please explain where the requirement for a log book falls. Needing a log book and a log book being useful are completely different statements. If you're going to be giving people advice, at least give them the correct advice, and not bullshit ;)

the most important info you need as a new grower is a log book...a book you write and fill with the information you gather about growing
The most important info you need as a new grower is a "How to Grow Pot" book, written and filled with information gathered by someone who actually knows how to grow pot.

There.... FTFY

this site has some great growers with great advice but any grower will tell you trail and error is the best way...and far a log book being evidence,im an adult licensed to grow and sell medical marijuana in the detroit area(for any michigan residents)
Reported as advertising spam.

I would tell someone trial and error works best myself, but would also point them in the right direction.

Why did you feel the need to put you are an "adult" licensed grower? You would have to be an adult, otherwise you're not allowed to be here, and 2ndly, I have gotten weed from Michigan several times over the past couple months and all of it sucked. Just saying.

OP's advice in two sentences:

"Read a book instead of listening to experienced growers a forum, with the exception of all of the "advice" I intend to give you in this post.

Get a log book, flush, Co2 is too expensive, yet led lights are cheap, and use HID, even though I failed with them."

Did I get that right? Oh fuck, wait a second, gotta write this shit down in my log book.

I have fun with my grow by sharing it with others but a log book isn't a requirement by any means. If I fuck something up, I remember it.

I get the point of the post, but seriously, don't talk shit about the advice from people on here then go post all your opinionated advice.

Keeping a log is good. However. The HID vs LED is wrong IMO. There are ALOT and I mean ALOT of shit LED lights around that have tarnished LED lights as low budget and useless. I love LED.
I think posts from people you can take with a pinch of salt. I only have 3 grows under my belt but as a newb the info I got here was class.
Alright post though. Thanks for taking the time to put it together. FairPlay

said the guy with 16,000+ post...
I'm not advertising the sale of weed and as such violating site rules ;)

It is strictly prohibitted to post any message related to drug-exchange, trafficing or drug-dealing
The more you post, the deeper the hole you are digging. You do realize that every reply you post in this thread aids to ruin any possible credibility your original post might have had?

Try again ;)

I don't think the info is 'bad' perse , and keeping notes is ok, i just keep mental notes, which is rather difficult when one has a reduced mental and memory capacity, i just don't like the op, forgot why

Trial and error is the WORST way to do anything!

Better to be educated from multiple sources so you don't waste three months of your life growing dirt weed.
