Mephisto - Sweet Seeds - Dutch Passion - CBDish - run

Hey everyone, been a while. After bringing the plants indoor, under 135 watt HLG which I left on 24/7, three of four ladies are down.

Sweet Seeds just got jarred, and Canna Cheese and Fugue State are hanging upside down. I'll post some pics once dried and trimmed.
As expected, the yield suffered greatly, but terps seem to be present. I was going to let Fugue go longer but I discovered something yesterday that made me chop it. I've never seen this before on my plants, so not sure what it is.

Dead smack in the middle of the main stalk ( yeah, that little thing is a main stalk ).

Dutch Passion is the only one still going, and is a healthier plant than any of the other three were. Smallest one of them, might yield the most.
When I was growing photos that would finish during our cold wet fall weather, I got hit with everything that could go wrong, and that looks familiar. I don't remember the name, but I believe that's a form of fungus that attacks the stems and can travel throughout the plant. As long as it's localized away from the buds, I think you're OK.

Glad to year you made it all the way to jars with some of each, good save.

The last of 4, Dutch Passion's Compassion Lime was taken at ~90 days from seed.

Fugue State, CannaCheese and Sweet Seeds CBD RED have been curing and depleting at the same time. Blended the Fugue with Pure Red CBD in a joint earlier, tasty smoke. Really looking forward to growing more Fugue State, hopefully in better growing conditions.

Here's a shot of nanner I found on one of the buds. Not the first one though, I had removed a small cluster before while the plant was alive. That actually was a deciding factor for me for taking her down when I did.

Overall, I'm happy with Dutch Passion, and will probably look into getting some other strains from them.

I had a couple of plants in my heat stressed outdoor grow throw nanners, the Mephisto HubbaBubbaHaze was the only one that got so bad towards the end, that it influenced when I took the plant down. Both plants that got nanners for me were Meph strains.

Glad to hear you like/respect Dutch Passion genetics. Their reputation is mostly good... but it doesn't seem like a lot of people are growing or talking about them. Maybe it's just because they've been around so long, and all the hype is about the new breeders and strains?

About a year ago (or more? I have no sense of time anymore) when Mephisto seeds were really hard to get I bought a bunch of DP strains. For me the jury is still out. Two of the three strains I tried outdoors molded up, so I didn't get to finish them. I need to grow some more indoors in a controlled environment, and see how they do. I guess because I was focused on their Sativa dominant strains, and their "XXL" big producers, I ended out with a bunch of strains that tend to take over 100 days to finish. It kind of takes more planning with those.

I can't blame the plant for throwing some nanners, considering the amount of shock/stress they all endured. It's funny you mentioned mold on DP strains, out of all 4 autos I had in the greenhouse, DP was the only 1 not affected by rot. She was the smallest plant of them all, but did ok swelling up after bringing her inside and yielded about 23 grams dry, which I think is higher than any other autos from this run.

Yeah, I get kind of impatient with autos when they take longer to finish, this DP went for 90 days I believe, not terrible, but I'd rather my autos finish in around 70-80 days. I was going to get another auto run before winter kicks in, but looks like it's gonna be photo period plants 12/12 from seed.
