Mental Floss Indoor

Vegging day 33.

Tallest plant at 8" smallest at 6". These babies are giving off a nice sweet skunky stench and have nice thick stems. Believe it or not the stems on these are already thicker than half of my branches on my flowering bag seeds. Starting to produce a little bit of growth at the nodes.

As of right now I plan on vegging until the end of September (17 more days) or wait until the 13th of October to do a full "2 months". Kind of playing it by ear (eye). Then I want to sex these and keep my best looking 2 as mothers.

Any suggestions for common house hold nutes other than molasses? Pref. stuff I can buy a the grocery store and not have to order on line.

My 6 Mental Floss plants are now in day 2 of 12/12 for sexing. Under my 400w HPS + 4 Bright White 23w CFL.

The tallest is about 13" and the smallest around 10.5".

Once sexed they will be put back into 24/0 until I can cut some clones.

I'm getting really excited about these. Wish I could take photos.

They are a little more stretched than I would like but I will deal with it.

3 confirmed female. 2 Appear to be male but I'm letting them going and perhaps crossing one with a white widow. 1 unknown as of right now (crosses fingers for female).

The 3 female were placed back into 24/0 lighting just a few minutes ago after I confirmed. I will probably flower one after it branches out more and keep the 2 best for mothers.

I'm officially excited

4 out of 6 is not bad. 6 out of 10 sprouting, though -- bad.

All fems back in veg until they branch out more so I can clone.

Males will be in flower so I can cross with White Widow.

Also there is a shot of my harvest of 1 of my clones that I just cut this morning and a small branch that fell off different plant -- not quite ready. I was going to let it go for another week and harvest but I kind of just woke up early and did not know what to do. It was ready, but could have gone just a few more days. I'll be happy when this is ready to puff.

2 of my bag seed clones which I just harvested. Just going into jars this morning. I tried a sample and am pretty excited. Just shy of an ounce.

Male Mental floss which I plan on crossing with White Widow. Might take a cutting or 2 today and see if it will clone so I can cross it back with my Mental Floss ladies when they are ready.

Here are some updates.

1 Mental Floss is 22 days in flowering. 28" tall
1 Mental Floss is 7 days in flowering. 28" tall

I still have 2 Mental Floss mothers in veg.
So far I have taken 13 cuttings from them which are in my clone chamber for the past 5 days - 7 days. Hopefully these take.

The last photo was taken last weekend showing the 3 mothers I had going, 1 was immediately put into flowering after the photo was taken.


I have 5 small bag seed plants in flowering which I vegged for 14 days as an experiment. You can see these in one of the photos

Plus 3 WW clones. 2 of which are about 3 weeks old (one has not grown I may chop it down) the 3rd I just got a few days ago but is already 11-12". I would like to use that larger one as a mother for about 6-8 cuttings then flower that. I do not have any photos of these right now

It's been a while since I posted an update to this thread since it seems no one is watching.

Veg room (Not shown) - Just 1 4 Foot flouro tube (2 bulbs 80 watts) and 1 70W HPS:
-1 Mental Floss mother. She is about 3 and 1/2 Feet tall and just waiting to be clipped some more.
-9 Mental Floss clones which just started taking off.
-7 more Mental Floss cuttings trying to root.
-1 White Widow clone growing to be a mother. About a foot and a half tall now.

In flowering right now I have:
-Mental Floss (1) - Day 40 Flower
-Mental Floss (2) - Day 25 Flower
-Mental Floss (3) - Day 5 Flower
-White Widow (1) - Day 8 Flower

I'm getting really excited for this Mental Floss harvest in 20-30 days!

hey ... i just purchased mentalfloss seeds from hemp depot.. and are waiting for them to arrive... they look awesome.... im goin to be growin mine outside though... i will take pictures and post them... hoprfully u will take more photos and show us the end result... and hte quality of the finished product... POKE SMOT !!!
