What strain would you recommend to help someone ease menstrual cramps? Secondly, what would you suggest for a non-sleepy, energetic daytime Indica? Thanks.

Kali Mist by Serious Seeds is renowned for helping with menstral cramps. It is almost a pure sativa. I am not sure about any pure indica that isnt gonna knock you out. The kali is reportedly great for daytime. I have one about six weeks into flower so have no opinion on the smoke yet
