Men and road rage

I've read quite a few stories on RIU
about road rage.

Whats with men getting all pissed when driving?

The only thing I do is get mad and cuss, but I've never
gotten so mad to get out of my car and say
something.

Big brother has road rage, he seriously followed someone
who cut him off on the freeway just to talk shit and flip
him the bird.

My grandpa calls everyone assholes when he is driving,
and so does my grandfather-in-law.

Everyone is an asshole when they're driving. Pretty funny.

I think woman are more patient when it comes to driving.

Now don't go pinning road rage on genders, I've seen just my fair share of girls putting on make-up and talking on the phone, not stopping at an intersection then they jump up on their seats and drive on my ass when I honk at them and swerve to avoid them. Road Rage is more of a part of Americana.

The only time I have ever driven angry was years ago driving north on I-75 in Florida. I was on my way to a meeting and in the right lane. This young woman and a small girl slowly pass me on the left and just as they clear my vehicle, the guy in front of me pulls over left without looking and clips her car on the right front bumper. That woman veered hard left and at that speed FLEW across the median and across 4 lanes of oncoming traffic and promptly disappeared off the side straight down into some woods. I didn't know if they were alive for another twenty minutes. it was a young male with a friend who hit her. They merely watched her disappear and laughed and kept going. Needless to say Cracker was on the job..... Called the cops and told them about the woman and to get an ambulance, then gave them the offenders LP. The dispatcher asked me where they were and I was like, "right in front of me". The guys realized I was on their arse and give me the finger while they try to pull away. I had a F350 turbo diesel and simply wound that turbine up and stayed right on them for 20 miles. I had to call the meeting I was headed towards and tell them I wouldn't be making it.

The cops finally after many calls back and forth ( I kept losing signal) the cops got their act together and stopped them.

The guys had stopped laughing.....

The woman and child miraculously survived but had injuries and had to be evacced.

How could they have just kept driving? They could have killed her
and they were laughing?

I would have been pissed too.

No, dont say your joking. Its the truth..
I beg to differ.

AYE! I have road rage and im proud of it. I think of myself as keeping people aware of how shitty they are driving, so i use my horn a lot. I once honked the horn at an old blue dodge ram that was billowing smoke for going under the speed limit, and a black dude came out of the car and was like "DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A RACE TRACK TO YOU SON?" i ALMOST said yes, but the traffic behind me was probly like Wtf? I usually don't know who im beeping the horn at until i pass them on the left, and half the time its a female, or elderly person. On a side note, i don't have road rage problems when im high.

Never had road rage ever. Never found it important enough to confront someone over there shitty driving. I have been caught in a scuffle though. On I-96 coming home from school these guys had a days of thunder moment while going about 95mph on the freeway. I was directly behind them while they literally "Traded paint" with each other. Shit was insane.
