Megacrop

Ill get some when someone in Canada sells it.
Heavy products cost $$ to ship.
Less distance...cheaper costs imo.
Even if you buy 1/2 skid i'll be about $84 cdn per bag as long as there's no duties. Add $25 to that if you sell whole bag = $109 + shipping = $30 + tax yoiu'd be looking at $155+ per bag at that point might be easier to get someone to mix it locally.

I just got my order and the shipping cost more than the products.
Ya I've been looking into Canadian shipping and it's not cheap here either. For instance Kitchener Waterloo to Ottawa is $25 reg parcel. Not much you can do...the stuff is heavy. But KW to BC is only $40ish..not to bad imo.

Yes my Mega Crop with exchange from the US basically cost me $150 landed here with exchanges. That was before the increase...add another $35 to that for the new formula change.
Still compared to my other nutes...WAY less for me now.

Plus for me Mega Crop is working better than any other nutes I've ever tried. I've used 5 others in total.
The ease of use is SO much better though. So cheaper and produces better is a winner for me.
I always knew I was buying water and it never sat well with me.

I think i am going to finish this crop with my original bag still. The stuff never ends. For me though I have to add calmag as my source water combined with the high intensity white LEDs will cause a cal/mag issue. Anyways I am saving tons of money, very happy with this stuff.

They increased the ratio's in the new formula. Not sure if the cal mag was raised. I'm using the old formula but the new bags are the new formula.

Ya I love it so far as well. My veg plants are freaking out on the stuff....going wild and getting much thicker branches than before using it. Overall it seems to have made my veg plant WAY more healthy. I thought they were decent before but the change is amazing with the MC.
I just starting adding the P-K boost so will see how that goes. I haven't had enough time to see the full deal in flower yet. But so far sees wonderful. I did finish 1 cindy under MC and it turned out very nice. It was not vegged under MC though. So not a full test really.

I think the guys in the MEGA CRop thread were saying it will be better for LED growers as well. Lots of info here.

All my veg states or mothers love the stuff, and like you say stronger branches, and it is the only thing I feed my vegetating plants, as it is all they require. DNF from homegrown 0-50-30 pk mix starting around week 4 ish for flowering as well. That stuff is cheap too for the amount you use, never tried the MC PK boost as I think it would be more expensive and I made massive, massive buds with the DNF and MC this summer.

Try the new batch! I'm curious if you'll notice a difference...it has more calmag?

I'd guess your thicker branches are from the silicate
Totally, first product where I have noticed that effect. Honestly I still have 25lbs of the old stuff. No worries though I like it just fine. Might try the new stuff in over a year after I have grown a ridiculous amount of pot with what I have left. Maybe it will be a different formula then. Or @GreenleafNutrients can send us some for free to try and then we can post the results ;) Hey, doesn't hurt to try!

Ya some guys use nothing else at all during flowering as well. And they seem quite pleased. Even GL say's P-K is an additive and not needed absolutely. But the experienced grower will benefit from using it. I'm hitting them with a lower dose right in week 1 of flower. They say it brings on flowering a bit faster???? Just trying it to see if that works.

I use the PK at 2/3 of the recommended strength for hydro, and I lower the feed of the MC to 4-4.5g/G . Has worked really well.

Any thing 0-50-30 is straight Mono Potassium Phosphate. Looking at the mega crop booster and the chemicals MKP + Potassium Sulphate and Magnesium Sulfate. The ratio looks like 800Grams of Potassium Sulfate + 1000G MKP comes out to 0-20-40 ish.

They list it at 0-19-39

But on the label its 0-20-41
I don't know much about NPK ratios but MKP is 0-52-34 and Potassium Sulfate is 0-0-50 If you take around 800 grams of K2SO4 and 1000g or MKP then the NPK ratio changes to around 0-20-40

Looking at the sulfer content of 10% that come from the K2SO4 which is around 18-20% sulfur and since the Magnesium is only 1% I'm guessing that about 10 gram of Epsom Salts per 1kg in there

The 1-3% I don't think it really matters as I think most of the labels are rounded off anyways. Look at products that are 0-29-35 like Bud Blood they all sate derived from Mono Potassium Phosphate which is 0-52-34 and 99% of the time that's the only listed ingredient. How to they get 0-29-35 out of that well BS is what it is lol
