I called Kevin, the guy in the craigslist link you provided, and let him know about your posts here. He laughed and said he would check it out. He said next time he will be more specific in his CL ads, stating "no assclowns". He also said he had a picture of you

so he paid taxes on the houses for 5-7 years.. he lost more then 4k uless he was renting, but how do you rent while fixing it up

ps goodluck in colorado man i went out there 2 winters ago to go snowboarding.. went and bought a burton custom x just for it. the snow out there is so powdery and awesome compared to where i was from.. PA, but blue mountain is cool
