Today, I Harvested two of the 4 Runts! They finished at 15 and 16 inches tall. They never really caught on, I bet the root system will be small, but I didnt want to let the others get even bigger.
Not a huge harvest, but i bet the quality will give ME a few days of BLISS! Hehehe

WooHoo! O BABY! Finally done Harvesting the LED Girlz!
I have a Bowl of Sticky Gooey Finger/Scissor Hash loaded up, and ready to Relax for the Night! Maybe start planning a few Modifications for round 2 of Bud Boss MADNESS!
I will post an Update tommorrow with Pics! Stay TUNED!

I know these lights have served you well on the surface, and I was smitten with your result, but...
I was snapped back into reality by a comment StarDustSailor made (and it is in harmony with me, though I strayed for a bit): MJ is a fruiting plant, and as such needs a full spectrum of light to produce all it's goodness
Plants grown under multichip non white emitters will cause the plant to adjust to the loss of missing spectrums, which will alter the genetics, especially 2+ seed generations down the road
Look at A 51- primarily white emitters + WW emitters for fruiting

I can appreciate the Science behind different LED Panels being a Real Scientist and All. I DID learn I dont like small plants! I ALSO learned that these Bud Boss LED Panels are TOTALLY WORTHY!
Even with the Slow start while Re-Tooling the Room, I Covered the Full Price of these Panels AND the Electricity to Grow them in this ONE Grow! Next Round SHOULD be Epic as I REMOVE MORE Human Error from the equation!
Of the 4 different LED Panels I have, the Bud Boss's FLOWER the Best of ALL! The Budz Quality IS THERE! I am NOT Disappointed with the Harvest Results, but I KNOW I can increase Quantity with a few minors changes! WooHoo!

WooHoo! Got some AWESOME Sticky Dried Bud pics to share!
I pulled just over 6 Ounces dried. Of the 10 plants under the Bud Bosses, 7 of them underperformed. If you recall, I flipped because the 3 biggest plants were getting too big, I had allready pulled several others into the HPS room because they had Outgrown the LED's. The root systems did not grow into the Transplant from the Solo Cups.
Knowing how WELL these LED's can Grow, I am gonna stack the deck for next round to see what these puppies can do with a Full Set of Thriving Plants! But after that, I am thinking about throwing all the panels over one of MY Regular Trees! 3 Panels + 1 Plant = 1 lb?????? I really dont see why not?

I had FUN Learning these BadBoy GrowEvolution Bud Boss 151's, but play time is OVER.... not Really, its always Play Time HERE! Even at my Compassionate Levels of Donations from my Patients, I STILL Paid for the LED's in that 1st run! Well, lets just say I would have.... if I didnt keep it all for MY PERSONAL Smoke! There is no denying that the LEDs produce Much Frostier Buds, and well... I dont want my Patients to get SPOILED and only Ask for LED Budz!
I am deciding which method of Hash Making I will be using for the LED Trim? Since the Budz would have covered the Cost, I wanna see how much BONUS Medz I can pull out of the LED's Usage! Yes, hypothetically again of course, DONT want to Spoil the Patients! ALL MINE! Oh, the Value of the Abundant amount of Scissor/Finger Hash was Priceless! Mostly a was anyways, not enough left to wanna show a pic!

Hell yeah nice harvest!!! Im lookin to get a solid 8-10 ozs off my first batch. Been a few learning curves for me not only messin with the LEDs but also with a strain i just started growing for the first time.
So even with the hiccups and delays i should still get around .5gpw of some nasty DOG. Not to bad and about the same or slightly under what i get from HPS
Next time around im doin a SOG with 8-12 2 gallon pots and shootin for a LB as well!!! Be on the .75gpw side then and thats pretty good. I usually would hit about .5-.8gpw with my 600w depending on strain and style of growing. First grow always yields a low GPW because im still learnin them and like to grow my momma seeds out nice and big. But after that i soon dial it in.

I think 1 GPW is Definitely DOABLE with these panels, and probably HIGHER! Now that I have the Environmentals straightened out by re-arranging AirFlow through the Garden, to Better control Heat and Humidity.
Last run I also fed a bit different by adding Carbs and Bloom Boosters in 12/12 and LOVED the results in BOTH Rooms.
I have ALLREADY Completed the Next Grow in MY HEAD, and it comes out AWESOME! I cant wait to show the Results as I UnFold them! WooHoo!

For sure! the GPW is also a misleading number. Its a good thing to go by but i dont hold it as highly as the raw yield/potency and growwing ability. Some strains love being LSTd/trained and other hate it. Some strains just yield like crazy and some dont. So its kinda hard to go by.
But these things look like they should d as well as my 600w and even better when i get the SOG goin. My guys are about 3-4 foot tall and i want them more like 2-3 foot tall for the SOG. Help those lower buds get what they need haha. Sucks i couldnt grow the DOG once under my 600w hps so i can get some hard facts as to the change in everything. But like ive said ive grown with a 600w for 5+ years so i know what to expect.

WooHoo! I understand and Totally agree about GPW, I use it more of way to Judge how "I" am improving, which usually means how well I stay OUT of the Garden! Hehehe Testing MY OWN skills in a way?
This round, I want to SHOW what these Puppies CAN DO when Everything else is Dialed IN! I have decided to switch to the other LED Station for a 4 X 3 foot Canopy. I am REALLY kicking myself in the Bootie for not going with 4 Panels!
I was given some Humboldt Honey, and used it from week 4 of 12/12 when I recieved it, through the end, including the Flush. I do plan on starting it much earlier this run. I just added it to the Regular scheduled Feeds.

Hell yeah im starting round 3 with the DOGs. Round 4 is gonna be the real good one. Im movin my 305 in veg into flower and goin with flouros for my veg. Should be a nice run. Along with the fact that i have finally chosen my pheno and its a nice short fat one that barely stretches so it should be prime to take advantage of the LEDs shorter penetration distance.
Its crazy how spot on the numbers are with just over 600w of LEDs vs the 600w hps i used to run. They both fall off pretty hard around the edges in the 4x4 which is why im throwin the other 305w in there.
So from what ive seen they yield as well/possibly better than hps but with at least 1/2 the heat.
I havent seent a temp over 80 since i started with these. Even in the thick of summer with my AC only set to 73. Usually around this time its sub 70 on the ac to keep up with the 2 hps/cmh i used to run for flower/veg.
Only thing i want to change is the fan direction. It sucks in through the top and out the sides, id like it to suck in the sides and out the top so it throws the little heat thats produced towards my exhaust fans. Might have to go in and do some self customization or hit up Rob to see if he has any tips.
Main reason is that the fans i have to throw air across the tops pull the warm air comin out of the sides down into the canopy.
Cant wait to see the next round you got goin!

WooHoo! I am SOoo Excited! The Plants are Flourishing under the Bud Boss LED Panels in Veg, keeping the nodes tightly packed with the undergrowth filling in every available light space!
The System is working PERFECTLY and they are already drinking a few Gallons a day! I Believe I Would have done MUCH better last round if'n THEY were at this Stage of Vigorous Growth! WooHoo!
Continuing the Jacks Hydro Pro into 12/12 while adding Kool Bloom and some Sugars should PROVE Fruitful!
Before and after pics of My Selection for this round! 2 LA Woman, and 2 Chem Dawg's.
This Sour Strawberry plant was part of the Original line-up, but she was Determined to take-over the space. But LUCKILY she shaded the other plants, and they grew somewhat uniform.
I still need to put together a single Autowater/Recirc Bucket so I dont have to feed her 2 to 3 times a day.
Here she is after some Training and Defoliation! WooHoo!
I will take a few cuts before I flip in the next few days!
