medium for seedlings

can i get some opinions please on whats the best medium for seed/seedlings

my aim is to start them off the best possible for rapid growth at the very begining
coir
soil
seed pods of some kind ?
potting mix ?
miricle grow?

Potting soil here works fine for all stages.

Start off in a root riot then plant into happy frog dirt

I prefer to use sunshine mix #4 with 40-45% perlite

these plants where 7 days from sprout
