Medical Super Grow Part 1. 8000 hps flower. 4000 mh veg.

Hey everybody. i wanted to share my newest and biggest medical grow with you guys. i have several years of organic experience but would LOVE anyones constructive criticism. This Grow consists of 8 one thousand watt hps lights, air cooled Magnum XXXL hoods vented by 2 8 inch fans and 1 10 inch fan, 2 4 inch fans for intake. (soon to be four 4 inch fans for intake. Gen-1 CO2 burner with all 4 burners going 12 hours a day, two oscillating fans for movement and everything has been professionally wired to meet my every need.


Some strains were ordered from Attitude in original breeder packets.

Strains are as follows: Pinapple Chunk
LSD
Violator Kush
Trainwreck
OG Kush
OG #18

Other Strains i bred myself or got from fellow caregivers.

Those strains are: Apollo
The Goo
The Gift (Heavy Duty Fruity x Gspot)


each light has a different group of 4 plants, two of the lights have 2 plants under them because i did not anticipate how tall 2 of the new strains would grow.

please ask me any questions or give me any comments on what i could be doing better or more efficient.

If enough people want to follow this grow i will post pics regularly or as they are requested, also i can take close up pics of certain strains at different ages for anyone else's learning purposes.

right now i am going to post some flower room pics, if you want to see something more up close or a certain part of the grow room design please let me know and i will help you out. i also have a very nice veg room along with clone room that i will post pics of as well.

equipment/nutes?

Ill borrow a better camera today and take some nice close ups. its hard to get a high quality pic of the trichomes because its so damn bright orange in that room. the plants are too big to move out of the room for pictures.

my light comes on at 5pm so ill throw new pics up shortly after that.

i am currently using Pro Mix Soil with extra perlite and Fox Farms feeding schedule. I also supplement Cal Mag and Fox Farms new Micro Zyme blend. i am still kind of feeling out this feeding schedule. i used to use Humboldts but its just too expensive. I use 5 gallon short wide pots, every plant gets hand watered every day, and fed every other day. i usually follow the feeding schedule right on because i do not add anything to my soil.

any comments?

I would have went a bit bigger

bigger on pots? i know you dont mean plants right? the room is 15 by 30 and i can barely walk through it with 30 plants inside. and there are only a few that are past 4 weeks into flowering, then there are prolly around 8 or so that are a week behind that, and then there are another 8 or so a week behind that, and then 8 behind that and then 12 behind that...or something like that. the plants were vegged for over a month on each plant, and a month for the smallest. they were topped ad trained to be as bushy as possible to create as many bud sites as possible. they all get tied down for a second time when they go into flowering, and then have to be tied back up because the weight gets to be too much at about 5 weeks.

Everything. Only 12k total? Amature hour. Haha, just kidding.

lol, this is actually 1 of 2 72 plant grows. each one is identical in design but not strains. we are hoping to expand in the near future!!


Come on people... all this work and i cant get any more comments than that?? please someone with more experience tell me your thoughts!!!
