nope nothing i ever did was hardcore compared to this, shrooms made me relive every negative experience i ever had plus so much delusional nonsense that'd it'd make anybody go insane, extreme nausea on top of it, i wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy

I've seen a couple of articles but none have reported the dosage used in the studies.

I've been in and out of therapy since kindergarten if not before. Ssri, snri, and lamictal have all triggered severe suicidal ideations much stronger than being sober. Couple of years back I did a round of ketamine therapy that did great at improving my life outlook for a while. Problem is that it costs so damn much.

So I'm wanting to try mushrooms as an alternative. Problem is that I don't know how much I'd need to aim at this kind of effect. Second problem will be starting awake through it as mushrooms always make me sleepy.
