Medical MJ Patient Plant limit?

Hello,

I live in San Diego, CA. Im curious if anyone knows what the legal amount of plants a patient can grow along with their caregiver. I've grown in my closet before but it seems as that I consume them faster than they can grow..lol

I recently added my live in fiance as my caregiver. I hear that a patient can grow 12 plants. Ive also heard that the number is 24 plants. While ones caregiver can grow double that.

If anyone knows what the exact number is I'd greatly appreciate it. I have an extra room that I can turn into a grow room =P

Thanks

There isn't a limit in CA right now... SB420 was struct down in January... So there technically is no limit from a state law perspective.. My lawyer told me that even growing for a collective membership that you want to keep your plant count under 100 but there are no actual limits cast in stone for CA as of right now.. The language in the judge's opinion basically said that the state can't impose limits on medicine but they also say within reason but don't define what that is....... The wild west is what we have....

theres a new subforum for patients. go there and find your district and speak directly to peers in your area.

hmm.. A buddy of mine gave me his Masterkush mother tree from seeds. He's going on vacation in a week so he simply asked if i wanted if not he was gonna toss it..lol SO i took it. The tree is huge. Its about 4 feet and hella bushy. I have the option of flowering it and it looks like it may yield HP+ if i decide to. Or keep it as a mother for a bit longer and make a bunch of clones out of it. My grow room looks like it can accommodate 50 plants. If god forgiving, the cops raid my home would I be in serious shit? To be honest, Id like to have enough medicine on hand to last through another grow. At the same time be able to reimburse my pocket book for utility cost of it all *wink wink. =P
