Medical Marijuana Cards?

I made my appt and was there within a week without my medical records... but I also have a 9.5 inch scar and 5-1 inch scars on my knee, plus it pops anytime I move it... I was fairly easy to diagnose that.. I just said (and this is totally true) that "I got tired of taking vicodin, soma, and every other pain pill possible to try and take away the pain, and nothing works, and they just get me too fucked up to do anything.. I want to try something natural... " and that was it..

I'm here in Washington State and I would love to get a Medical card also. But I'm not sure if what I have will qualify me to get one.

Basically I was 3 months pre-me and they had to rush oxygen to me, well either that or I die for the 20th time. Anyways to wrap it up I get headaches like crazy out of my right eye since that was the one that was damaged and is legally blind because of my prematurity. So I smoke to relax and to get the migranes gone.

So from what I understand I need to go to the thcf site and look in my area of Seattle Washington find an area make an apointment, then to get my medical records see my eye doctor and ask for them take them to the place and go from there?

Is that all about right?

If im missing a step let me know.
