in san francisco there is no limit to how many plants you can have and across the bay in oakland you can have 78 then about 40 miles north in sonoma county you can have 29 but in marin county which is right across the GG bridge you can have 12/immature 6/mature...go figure
is that really true?

the coast in cali is just as cool. redding is inland, the mountains actually. go to the oregon mountains during the summer and it's 100+ there as well. :-P
temperatures don't know borders.

i want to move to the west coast, but dont quite know were yet. one of the important things for me is that i can have medical, and grow my crop with less streas.

any information on the medical laws and restrictions of the northern cali/ oregon areas i would greatly appreciate it!
Move to del norte or humboldt county in northern california. Every county is different in regards to how much you can grow and how much you can have in possesion. Del Norte and Humboldt counties are the most liberal, you can have up to 99 plants and/or 100 square feet of canopy growing outdoors. The climate is perfect for marijuana also. Those counties are where the redwoods mainly grow.
