mediation between patient and growing does it exist?

Should say patient and grower. I just spent an hour writing out all the details to my situation but it didn't post so with limited time left I'm seeking help for my elderly step dad dealing with his grower who is rude disrespectful ultra controlling and now won't give my SD his meds unless we take him to court. I am the care giver. I can fill in any info just ask. Thank you.

Well if you want to get real shitty you could call the cops, and have them meet you there, and by law he has to give you all his plants. You can than drop him as your grower, and at least he will not be able to grow out more under you grandfathers name, and will be out all the plants he was growing for him.

might be worthless effort.... grower just tells the cops that "those 6 clones are his" and done is done.... the rules are vague there, and without a written contract he is just plumb out of luck in my opinion. Sucks, but true.

Best bet is to cut the license asap and get on with a reputable grower.

Using the copy of the laws I have I presented the grower with a letter requesting the remainder of my step father's meds and the return of his paperwork. This is when the grower told me we would have to take him to court and that we owe him $150 per ounce for the 8 ounces that was already given to my step father. My step father has been paying $160 to $180 per ounce for a year to the grower waiting for the harvest of his plant. The plant is harvested and sitting in jars. I helped with the harvest so I know it's there. I am confused I thought that at this point the meds belong to the patient. Does my step father owe him? Is there anybody we can talk to to get help?

Can we cut the license without having to deal with the grower again or do we have to get the paperwork back from him? He says my step father owes him money now so can he refuse to give paperwork back until we pay him?

when you change your grower you will have to pay ommp so if he dosent retern the pappers you will get new ones he has 30 days but thats not your problem you move on and just let go if you can grow it for him.there are not alot of grows that grow 4 free most would like to make a living

As UncleBuck stated, he cannot do that. Just file the paperwork to change growers, pay the $50 or whatever and never deal with that twatbag again.

Done and done.

Thank you for responding. We will look at this as a lesson learned and move on and will definitely make sure there is a contract involved next time. Any leads on a grower in the Albany, Corvallis, Salem, Eugene Oregon area would be very helpful.

That's a lame situation to be in. The plants are yours by law and I personally know a person who had the cops show up at her growers house and cut the plants down and take her paperwork. It was a small town so they didn't have much else to do but the law is on ur side its just a matter of whether or not you wanna deal with the whole mess. I'd find a grower wig compassion and realistic production based cost not by the ounce charges. That's just insane. I wrote u back on your email
