Med Card and # of Plants Permitted in CA Question

Can someone tell me what the law allows in Ca with your Medical Marijuana Card...I've been hearing different figures? To be on the safe side, I only have 6 going...but I'm not sure it will be enough? I've seen/heard 15 is allowed, and someone at the dispensary said 6 "large" ones were allowed and 12 small ones (presumably vegging/starts until sex is known)?

CA law states, 6 Mature, and 12 Immature plants, but local each City can be different.

FYI, there was a ruling stating that there is no way to limit what the patient grows, as its supposed to be as much as is needed for their medical condition.

That being said, personally I stay under the 6 & 12, to limit the my risks.

go to cal norml, none of the info posted hear is correct, i know because i got chewed out by some dick head for posting the same info, there are technically no limits due to them being found to be unconstitutional (limits that is) bu the ca supreme court. there are stipulations however.

REALLY??? Maybe you don't know how distinguish between members who know what they saying and people who just speak out of their ass???

Don't they tell you the law when they give you a liscense to grow? I can't believe they would just give you a card and not tell you what it means to have that card. You can always call the cops and ask them right? Since your "legal" now
