And you'll get about half a quarter from each plant. Is it even worth the effort?

yes he means an 8th or around 3.5 grams, but seriously you can get more bud from those big cfls if you do it right, my first grow was with 2 ak48 and they had a 250watter cfl each and i had 20grams per plant.
