Yeah...And Obama is gonna change that...

Last I checked, Congress had to pass the legislation for the POTUS to sign into law....Unless I just woke up in a dictatorship.

Dave.. executive orders, they become law simply by being published in the federal registry.. yes, it's been a dictatorship...

They don't want the sheeple to realize it yet though.. so with a topic like mm, yeah, they'd do the horse and pony show and put it through Congress...
