I received these seeds as freebies (Seedboutique I think). Has anyone grown this strain before? I'm thinking of growing these this year. I've heard good and bad things about freebie seeds so if anyone can give me some insight I would appreciate it.

i've got a free pack myself, been reading up on the grow logs
in a nutshell, you can see a lot of different pheno's, it's a land race seed
may be better for outside growing, though i've seen a good number of indoor grow logs too
if you're new to growing inside, this may be a tough one
seemed to have a rep for late finishing for an indica

keep in mind the area where these were bred in
supposed to be drought resistant, and don't like excessive water
also supposed to be quite frost resistant, late harvest, this is a hash producing strain
from the grow logs, may not be a heavy feeder
my guess is it will not like high humidity

Thanks for your input. I live in So California in almost desert like conditions during the summer. It can get real hot during the day. When you say late harvest, do you mean long flowering time like a sativa? I grew two sativa dominant strains last year that I chopped in mid November.

So Cal should be interesting, i think there were a couple grow logs of this strain there
the grow logs showed this can be a late ripening indica, kind of like a sativa
very large main cola
it supposedly has a lot of frost resistance too, late harvest with plenty of frost
some said it had a sativa like high, my guess is they harvested on the early side

I grew this strain outdoors as a freebie from seedboutique. I think only 2 of 5 seeds survived to adulthood, and ONE turned out female, the other male showed signs of flowering early, and i killed him nice n fast.

well heres that female grown outdoors in hawaii.

just scroll down a bit and youll see pics of the mazar, its the short one.

It got infected with a lot of bugs early on so i just forgot about it. When I finally got to harvest it was COVERED in aphids n all kinds of shit. so I just threw that shit away.

It did look like it would have been DANK though if it didnt have all the insects.
