Thanks for looking in here again and good to learn that you are another baking enthusiast! I'm pleased with the last batch of scones, I worked on half a gram per scone and they work pretty well

. I find the stronger you make them the harder it is to disguise that 'skunky' taste but thats the trade off.
Re: LST I might just let these go but maybe PINCH & BEND the main top over to control any stretching this time.

I should say here that I work by what the plant is telling me rather than any structured regime. PH is stable at 6.2 currently. Res remains clean. More roots are now in the water.
