Maybe light burn or ran out of nutrients?

Hello, need a little help. Got this light, -> https://www.amazon.com/VIVOSUN-Samsung-Dimmable-Sunlike-Spectrum/dp/B08GPTLSZH - and then used it from seedlings at the recommended height. 30 inches at 40-50% dim and it seemed it burned the leaves maybe or soil? Didnt really grow much. Watered every few days or so. Posting pics to help diagnose. Transplanted from cups to 5gal pots and then only 1 caught and went. Started a new batch and they did the same thing and even raised further; about 40 inches. Been a couple months already.

Did you read something about taking pictures whit out the light on before you post??.
But anyways, it looks like bad soil, to intense light and low watering.

I'm thinking too heavy soil and overwatering. Try some lighter soil with perlite or even pro-mix/coco. The light dimmed to 50% at 30 inches shouldn't have done that.
