Im a first time closet grower. I have plenty of space, im only growing 2 or 3 plants tops. I have a ebb and flow system, ph down, 3 part Advanced Nutrients GROW MICRO BLOOM, 250 watt hps and MH lighting, I have a couple of fans in there too, seems to keep the temp at about 78 - 82 pretty well. Ive got everything but a ppm meter and a vent to the attic.
I was hoping to get some veteran advice on anything really, id like to do this right the first time. Is it manditory that I install a vent to the attic, or have a ppm meter, and how often should I feed the plants?
Any help or advice anyone could give me would be awsome. Ive done a lot of homework and money spending to make this happen, but nothing beats experiance. Thanks guys. :leaf:

if you want the best quality buds, seal the room and supplement c02. If your doing ebb and flow your water quality and ppm is VERY important as well as ph.

Yeah ebb n flow you will need to check ph and ppms.I grew in hydro without a ppm meter before grow was good.I used the recommended dosage of nutes.Your ph is most important to me because the wrong ph will lock nutes out and have your plant looking crazy could kill it.
If your temps are steady at 82 highest then you should be fine.Just make sure your plants get some fresh air.

you wont get it right the first time..or the second...or the third, there are things that you will change every grow whether it be the nutes or the lighting....and always make sure your pH is in balance.

Add foliar feeding to your regular routine. It's almost guaranteed that you'll have some kind of deficiency, eventually, and foliar feeding will do a good job of preventing that from happening. The plants will only take in what they are lacking, filling any 'gaps', before deficiencies start , and become visible. It'll definitely improve the odds of not running into problems.
