I recommend because ceiling height is low, either all 315 cmh or 315 cmh checker boarded with 600 hps.

The checkerboard of both would yield more, but cmh alone is really nice too and would save some electric and make less heat.
 
4- hlg 550's. (or generic) should do great in that space. Thats only a couple thousand watts too, so you have plenty of room for upgrading ect... A lot more up front money but not so bad on the bills in the long run....

Do you have any pictures of your grow? Im started a similar set up 4-1000 hps 10x10 starting with 8 plants, they are about 24" tall now. Was planning putting trellis up an trying fill it out. They trained an topped pretty decent. I just got the flower room built days ago. Took longer than expected.
