Hello again to those that are paying attention. Dropping by the thread to season up with a progress report concerning the grain to I grain an mono tub observations.
G2G spawn:02/8/2022
PC’d 4 jars of casing soil, as well as 10 mason jars with one jar of fully colonized substrate.****
02/10/2022
Mycelium is observed at two days recovering.****
02/19/2022
80% of GTG master spawn achieved. No Contamination observed… so far.****
02/24/2022
7 out of 10 jars have fully colonized.****
note: 20 days total for fully colonized grain.**

All jars completely colonized
Mason jars have consolidated 100% no contamination spotted (no SAB, no LFH)
Furthering the master spawn an will be PCing all today. As well, I will also be prepping a portion of the colonized substrate (6 Quarts) an will be setting up smaller cased grain sweater box operations. The end result will be continued in monotub observations below. Remaining 4 jars of substrate will be used for another series of master spawning.
Monotub (x2 32 Qt. gasket box)observations:
02/10/2022 —- monotubs mixed.
Bulk substrate with compost manure an straw mix(5lbs. each), colonized substrate (3lbs.each), casing soil (2lbs. Vermiculite an potting soil(field capacity)). Gasket box has been converted an equipped with microppose filter discs. I secured mine with double sided tape.

Room temperature starting an average temperature of 76 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heavy rhyzomorphic action is observed forming evenly an densely across the surface of either cropping surfaces. Signs of primordia formation, barely observable, but present. Optimal humidity. Sufficient indirect airflow. Ambient lighting.***

Definite confirmation of mushroom pins. Both tubs are covered in linear strands of mycelium
Room temperature 70 degrees Fahrenheit
