Its like this, im gonna smoke it up, light some candles, get very quiet and one by one im gonna go through the list that accumalates today and spend a significant amount of time channeling good vibes towards each cause.. smoke it up and channel as hard as i can,,
Today im going to spend time at all my favourite places, being aware of all my senses.. im also breathing 'on purpose'.. its actually very hard to do if u try


Plz be conscious of accepting the vibes, go about ur normal life as need be but some time after i post that ive started plz start accepting wot u ask for, if only for 3 seconds, to take it in, ill appreciate that
