i've found a few drops of ether on the inside make going out in public much more relaxing

These are exactly what I think of when trying to describe the KN95. There must be a few different styles but this one always comes to mind.
The ones I have include a valve. I could easily take a pic and show yall but I have no idea how to scrub pics of info. Soooooo I shant.

Preppers would have a case or three unopened. In the beginning of the pandemic, lots of folks were giving their extra masks to health care workers. I was just trolling them try to make them feel bad for hording. (if any heath care workers need any beans or rice, I will be glad to chip in. But I don't have any quality masks)

I wish it was a day to day reality. Here in NW Florida, rates of mask wearing are low. I go into work for a half a day a week. When I'm in town I hit the grocery store. Over half of the folks don't wear mask. And all the clerks at the checkouts wear them under their nose. There are a few stores in town that makes you mask up, but most don't.

At least it seems there are a couple ways you can avoid the behaviorally challenged, but I am guessing it is pricing other people out more than equality thing.

Our little town has one grocery store and two dollar stores. All three have about the same amount of mask wearing by the customers. The clerks at the dollar stores are better than the grocery store at wearing their masks properly.

I'm blessed that Sister is doing a lot of our shopping at Walmart (in a slightly larger small town). And we are taking advantage of their free shipping for everything that is fit to ship.

I'm able to stay home. My wife has a golden retirement, so the $20K shortfall I had in income last year is not a game ender. But most folks don't have that option. If they want to eat, they have to work. I've told my bosses I'm not coming back full time when we open back up. We host events, and 200 mouth breathing folks in one room is a risk I'm not willing to take.

Thats crazy, no wonder it just gets worse and worse over there.
