Will be connecting up the auto feeding tonight and timing it’s first feed to make sure my estimations are correct and to get the back pressure release and delivery valves working in tandem to deliver a concise amount of nutrients for a set time.

I’m thinking 1 min of feed time to start with and work from there.

Will update later with my findings.

Once setup the feeding will be 1x daily at present moving to 2x within the next week or so.

Hey folks.

just starting this journal to document the usage of the @MarsHydrofactory FC-3000, 300w LED Panel.

I will be using this light from start to finish using the dimming function to dial it down for starting seeds to cranking it up and rocking it during full flower.

I will be utilising my 0.8x1.0m scrog frame, the FC3000 is capable of vegging a 4x4 and flowering a 3x3 so my scrog should be almost perfect (width of my room doesn’t allow a full 1mx1m).

I will keep this thread updated at a minimum of weekly.

I’ve only just hung the light as Im just finishing up the last of the previous SCROGS trimming.

Here’s some shots of the light and some buds from the current 400w HPS harvest that have been harvested over the last few weeks.

Everything is in place that is a nice healthy plant a single scrogged plant in a 3x3 has been my preferred method for awhile it deliveres good results & is simple to take care of & maintain you're gonna soon see some aggressive growth as she wakes up & it will continue after the flip for awhile

My plan is to completely fill the screen this time before flipping to 12/12.
Previously with 2 plants I flipped at 70% filled and still had space with an 8” tall canopy.

I want to achieve if possible a 1ft tall canopy this time.

25L of 0.9EC pH6 has been emptied into the tote.

I have increased EC to 0.9 from 0.7 previously as the runoff tested at 0.4.

first top up since filling. Solution in the tote was not smelling or growing anything as I’ve got a small pump circulating the solution 24h

0.2EC source water
0.3EC calmag
0.4EC GROW A/B
A good squeeze of triacantonol (from beeswax)

This @MarsHydrofactory FCE-3000 is performing better than the 400w MH I would otherwise be using now.

Plant will be getting thinned out over the up coming weekend.

Liking the mars hydro bar style side of things? I can say my Se3000 (bar style SF) is quite good... and was a massive upgrade over sf2000....Bar styles the future? I mean its so low on heat... I see ppl hanging their se3000s like... 10" from the top of the crop @ 100%... and no burn occurs.... i have mine about 14" 5 wks into flower (gg auto)

I’m loving the fact I can use this from start to finish.

normally I would use
250w CFL
400w MH
400w HPS

It’s my first venture into LED lighting and the @MarsHydrofactory FCE3000 is certainly impressing me.

I’m reserving full judgement for when the screen is flipped to 12/12 and then we’ll see how it really performs Lol.
