SP150 has more blue in the spectrum, it doesn't seem dimmable and capable of daisy chaining, and i believe they don't use Samsung diodes like the SP3000. Not sure about the driver either.

Yea I think that’s the only one tho. Think the sp250 was discontinued. Those were pretty sweet because of their size. Well all the SP’s are for that matter. 2x sp6500’s in a 5x5 can make some serious nugs. I can’t get as much as a much better grower.. but I’ll still pull a couple pounds. The 1 light gave me over a pound in the 3x5.

Not trying to put down your opinion, but personally for that amount of money i would get a Migro Aray or Lumatek/Photontek for 2x2 or 3x3. Better quality lights, customer service, warranty and results.
