I burned my girls under the new LED lights. After some reading on the net, sounds like I may have irreparably damaged them.
I'm in week 6. I raised the light and turned down the intensity to about 80%. On a scale of 1-10 how F-ed am I?

How close did you have the light and how far now from highest tops

I had them about 6 inches tallest the tip at 100% for almost 2 weeks (weeks 4.5 to 6.5). They are now 15" from the tallest tip. I can't go more than 1" higher than that because of tent height.

Yeah you want about 12" minimum
16-18" is good

I lowerd mine to 12" trying to control too much stretch at flip, but ended up with bud burn and now back 18" to 22"

I would check what is the ec of run off: lloks a bit like nute burn with your tips like that. I would expect more bleaching or pale green, or even yellow/purpling like in the flush/fade if this was just down to to much light.

That's a tox or def...... Not light burn

That's nute burn/salt buildup not light burn......you would see white bleaching from to much light from LED's.

Temps and low humidity will also cause those leaves to dry out like that as well.

Flush.....gotta get rid of all those salts....get temps and RH in check.

Thanks All!!! Got me feeling a bit more hopeful. I'll measure EC and flush for next few waterings until they start looking nice. I've been using full strength Mega Crop and SeaK for entire grow. They didn't seem to have any issues until the past 5 days or so. Makes sense that the salt build up is the issue.
