Mars hydro fc4800 vs fc-e 4800

Which is better for a 4x4 tent?
it seems the fc4800 has better distribution and a higher hanging distance.. does this mean more overhead room? The fc-e is more powerful based on maps but does this mean better penetration?
any suggestions??
Im about to pull the trigger on one of them, kindof leaning on the fc4800 just wondering ehy its cheaper other than samsung chips and maybe a better driver

My FC-E doesn’t seem to pull the PAR that it claims … it has like half of my TS3000s HOWEVER it seems to be growing my plants very well in flowering, there’s 4 plants under it to the right

Thanks for the input.. i went ahead and grabbed the fc4800 i hope its good

fc and fc-e….both use the now outdated Samsung LM301b diodes….the new kid on then block (and expensive) is the LH 351h (v2) diodes…..a lot of people don’t know this….but the Lm301b diodes….(the ones that brought hlg into fame) where not horticulture diode‘s…..they just where the best out their at the time…..that being said…..I’m not guna sit hear and dog shit on the because I have yet to pull less than 2.08 gpw on my tsl-2000

Flipping to flower this week with the fc4800 it seems to work just fine. I’ve flowered under the tsw2000? I think that was the model and it did a great job for what it is so I bet these will flower real nice as well
