I do the same thing with my girlie and she hates it, I say things like sorry man and it just gets worse. The sad thing is I've accidently done this to my Mom Mom and my boss, who is female...oh well dude happens:-|
 
i have a great one for you all to start useing insteed of dude and man,
shela for the ladies and blokes for the man,
ie:
hey bloke get off that stool and get me a beer or
excuse me shela, what time does the pub open,
use these and everyone will be happy :) like the smily face

plus you have just added to your stoner vocab.
 
dude, I've been talking like this. once while I was still in school somebody told me I say dude/man in every sentence. I tried to say something, but then I realized I was about to start the sentence with 'dude', so I stopped myself. and proceeded to say "man, w-.......danmit!"

and FDD my mom says that to me!

and highphi, it's just not the same. because nothing screams stoner more than somebody saying "dude, lets go smoke some fuckin weed, man!"

besides they're practically sentences on their own

You hang around with certain people and you'll end up finishing your sentences with stupid stuff like "geeze" and "bruv"

(at least that's what has happened to me!)

I also have a friend who starts every sentence with "oi!!"

Fun times.
 
Im from London, trust me, theres some wierd talk.
depends on who im with, somtimes ill end with bruv or feller, but i mean when im stoned theres so many more variations. most begining with "br"; eg. Bru, Bra, Blad, Blod, etc.
i use man alot, even to women man. but i realise it was a mistake as soon as ive said it, just comes natural.
another thing (which i picked up from my dad) is putting "like" on the end of sentences - eg. "you going to skin up like?"
or "put the kettle on like"
yeah he' wierd and all.
 
most of my friends usually say "bro" "bra" and all that stuff. it kinda annoys me a bit. the one thing that annoys me more than anything is "true". I honestly think some of my friends say it to be annoying because they say "true" at the weirdest times and when it shouldn't be an option.
