Marijauna is a schedule 1

Pretty ridiculous how Marijuana is a schedule 1 drug, while Meth and Cocaine (and crack), are schedule II. Thought id just throw it out there lol. Any thoughts?

lol were you watching that documentary the other day?
they mentioned that. it is pretty rediculous, and it all traces back to the smear campaign run against marijuana to protect the timber industry. pretty gay.. but whatever. my hope is that eventually more people come to their senses about the harmlessness of weed.

Cannabis law is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard of. You don't think about it until you smoke it though :lol:

as long as I can remember its always been a ticket where I live, in the 80's cops used to take and let us go...every time.

Isn't it getting switched or something because the FDA looked into it?
I remember someone saying something about that on here.
But I doubt it the FDA is taking away my fucking 4 lokos.

Yeah and did you know that in order to be a class 1 the FDA says there is no medical use for it.

LOL haha I did see that documentary which made me think about it.

As for the guy sayin it might be switched...As long as the FDA say it has no benefits, it is staying a schedule 1. Fuck man it really pisses me off how stupid people can be.

I believe OREGON the state bumped it down to a schedule 2? Is that what your thinking of?

4 lokos are awesome. They always lead to a crazy night when I drink them

If you live in a mj friendly town here, the cops dont bother you. Even if you dont have your card they usually just let you off with a warning and no fine
