If you vote for no one you are leaving the decision up to everyone else and I believe you are giving up your right to critisize anything political if you don't care enough to participate. Not voting is the single.most ignorant and self entitled disgusting American action you could take. Do you fuckjng realize what a luxury it is to be able to vote? Oh and your gonna say well my vote doesn't count anyway. Well guess what will count even less than casting your vote, not fucking voting will. One of the biggest problems with our democracy is the lack of public participation. Not voting full fills the world horrible stereotypes for Americans.

The delegate count is what matters!!

Look into Al Gore... He won in votes but lost in the delegate count!!

I do agree it is a Right we have that not many will ever experience! I only vote where my vote counts...

"The people who cast the votes don't decide an election, the people who count the votes do."

I understand that some people use the medical aspect as an excuse to run a drug ring, but plenty of people do the same thing with prescription pills, but they didn't make vicodin illegal.

Bill Montgomery and Tom Horne can huff and puff all they want on the 5 o'clock news but the bottom line is the law is what it is and Arizona judges have so far been clear about the states legal responsibility to implement the law. Wait until they start talking about the cases that are being thrown out of court and the money Montgomery and Horne are waisting chasing there tails I suspect they will back off real quick. If your operating within the law I don't see how there going to do anything but waist a bunch of taxpayer money. I bet there are a bunch of ambulance chasing lawyers with hard on's waiting for Montgomery or Horne to come down on somone so they can sue the shit outta the state.
i step in on this note to strictly say, its the states decission not one mans. this guys a fucking joke. its like me getting up right now and saying, ive had enough of this. anyone in the state of arizona who is smoking ciggerettes is going to be arrested, not worthy. i just dont have the fucking power of authority to run throughout the state doing so and as this jack ass does not have the power to run arround and start pulling the plug without the states approval.
now if the states comes through and for some foundfuck reason says,
" Hey everyone now that dispensaries are here, and weve made it this far, and wasted this much money, and time. Were going to let bill montgomery shut it all down now "
if this verry thing hapenned id be worried. that old man can suck my bawls. he has no power and yes will be facing multiple and many lawsuits if he enacts.
like motherfucker please........

I mean the feds just need to back out and allow the states to do their thing.
this is nowhere close until all states have passed state laws. then essentialy they would be over ran my majority and maybe have no choice but to stop wasting money in the fight.
once they are out numbered they will see its not soo bad. if the whole us passes medical ssurance for marijuana, the feds have to open there eyes and say, " well maybe they do need this, maybe its not so bad"

how about lowlife dropouts buying beer for minors. its just against the law and its a huge problem but we still still it right?

I don't live there but isn't it strange that the powers to be want to ignore the Feds on immigration but inforce it on MMJ?
They don't see it that way:

They want to enforce the Federal immigration laws,
and they want to enforce the Federal drug laws.

Where is the discrepancy?

You guys don't have a problem with this being taught in classrooms really?

"The law authorizes the superintendent to stop any ethnic studies classes that "promote the overthrow of the United States government ... promote resentment toward a race or class of people ... (or) advocate ethnic solidarity instead of treatment of pupils as individuals."

This one is tough because the intention is to create a bunch of little segragatory racists and is being argued by a racist. LOL

How does anyone win?

III. Personal Observations.
I personally observed this at the Tucson
Magnet School. My Deputy, Margaret Garcia Dugan, who is Latina and Republican,
came to refute the allegation made earlier to the student body, that
“Republicans hate Latinos”. Her speech was non-partisan and professional, urging
students to think for themselves, and avoid stereotypes. Yet, a small
group
of La Raza Studies students treated her rudely, and when the principal
asked
them to sit down and listen, they defiantly walked out. By contrast,
teenage Republicans
listened politely when Delores Huerta told the entire
student body that “Republicans hate Latinos.”
