The level of hoops I had to jump through just to store and use my classified information which was just SECRET and NOFORN were pretty high. TS/SCI was stored in the vault along with comms crypto keys, in one of the most secure spaces onboard. Dipshit had them in regular storage that anyone could have accessed, foreign nationals wandering around mar a lardo. Conservatives defending this are fucking traitors.

The filing underscores just how many presidential records Trump was storing at his home and offers a breakdown of the more than 100 classified documents the Justice Department says it recovered from Mar-a-Lago.

FBI agents found 43 empty folders with classified banners in Trump’s personal office as well as another 28 empty folders that were labeled “return to staff secretary/military aide,” according to the inventory.

The records were unsealed Friday by order of a federal judge who is reviewing a request from Trump to appoint a third-party special master to review the evidence seized, including a motion to block the FBI’s investigation during that review.

I'm surprised they didn't find the WH silverware too. Well, did Donald flush them? Throw them out with the trash? Sell them to hostile foreign powers? All of Trump's aids are now in the crosshairs of a counter intelligence investigation and in big shit if they handled those documents and their prints are on them without proper clearances. Donald needs to be interviewed by the FBI at least and documents belonging to folders must be found and accounted for.

For instance, say Rudy's prints show up on a top secret document concerning Ukraine, Rudy didn't have any clearances. Say Flynn's prints are on some created after he lost his security clearances? Some of the people Donald was sharing these documents with in the WH might not have been cleared to see them.

FBI agents found four dozen empty document folders marked “CLASSIFIED” during their raid last month of former President Donald Trump’s residence at his Mar-a-Lago club, a newly unsealed court file revealed Friday.

Agents found 43 of those empty folders marked classified in Trump’s office, according to the Department of Justice’s inventory of the seized items, filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The remaining five empty folders with that marking were found in containers in a storage room.

The FBI also found another 42 empty folders marked “Return to Staff Secretary/Miliary [sic] Aide,” during the Aug. 8 raid, which was authorized to search for government documents removed from the White House when Trump left office in Jan. 2021, the filing said.

Twenty-eight of those empty folders were found in Trump’s office, while another 14 were in a storage room elsewhere, the document shows.

And FBI agents found more than 10,000 government documents and photographs without classification markings, the filing shows. Among those were hundreds of photos and news articles, along with gifts, clothing, and books.

The bombshell revelations raise the prospect that the DOJ has not yet recovered the documents that would have been in the empty folders.

The DOJ is investigating possible crimes related to the removal of those and other government documents from the White House when Trump left office in Jan. 2021.

By law, such records must be turned over to the National Archives and Records Administration.

The penalties vary, he violated a bunch of sections of Federal code. It depends on what the documents contained. Each section of the cfr has a part that deals with penalties. So, you’d want section 46 penalties which is what I’m familiar with, and deals with transport and storage. But, for example he could have also violated parts of cfr 10 which deals with energy and has its own penalty section.

The espionage act goes over criminal penalties for violating federal code on classified information.

The empty folders, along with the loose documents scattered among other papers in his desk speaks to me of premeditated intent to conceal & evade discovery - and therefore evidence of criminal intent to steal national property, in full knowledge of his violation of the laws governing such property, and the gravity of his collective acts of treason & abuse of power

Prima facie…the guilt is apparent in the act itself, the punishments clear and harsh. No excuses. No forgiveness.
