No, theyre saying its just 1 count, and they were only with the judge for 10 minutes or less.

Oregon recently had a trial where a gang of heavily armed men from outside the state descended on government buildings and grounds to engage in an occupation of those grounds and use it as a base to menace and threaten the local community.* They were found not guilty and let go. The only conclusion one can draw is that right wingers are able to insinuate themselves into juries to defeat justice.

Just saying, if the right can defeat justice in such an open and shut case as the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupation, they can do so here. I'm hopeful but only slightly optimistic.
