males or fems. please help

can someone help. i think this plant may be male but i am not 100 percent sure. its in with my others at the mo and i am worried it may fuck them up. any advice gladly recieved.

white widows. will this have fucked up my other plants yet as they are all fems and are about the same size as this one and in a closet grow.

id get well rid ov it away from the girls....

can i keep it for seed in another room or green-house.
man i cant believe i did not see it. i hope the girls are ok. i have been looking after them for 7 weeks now.
