male plants amount my females

Hi guys, so first post ever and looking for some help. So have 6 plants growing right now ( mixed seeds from king of seeds, auto outdoor) I'm growing in a green house in BC, I'm not a heavy smoker or looking to sell anything i grow, purely and simply a project to see how successfully i could grow. I have attached some pictures for you to see what I'm dealing with. I noticed today that one of my plants seems to have started to produce seeds, Im pretty sure from the limited research i have done that i have to remove it. I guess my question is,is it too late now? will my other plants be effected? do i need to start fresh ? if anyone has any tips that would be great. first picture is the offending plant and the other two are what believe to be females.

First pic is a male for sure that's pollen you see not seeds pull it outta there now or it will release pollen and seed your crop just pull the male and you'll be okay

To pollentate you should be ok if you remove it carefully now

Hey everyone, thanks for the replies. It's what I kind of figured, I just gently removed it from the greenhouse. Is there anything that can be done with it ?

Not unless you want to save the pollen to make your own seeds

Oh ok, here's another question, in the third picture the plant shows little hairs starting to appear, is this now starting the vegative state now? Again excuse my lack of knowledge this is all a learning process. Any advise would be great.

You might want to put a trash bag over it first before you pull the male out, just in case.

but don`t kill it

get that pollen

use it on a girl even just 1 branch will make you 100`s or 1000`s of seeds

all you have to do is pick out the males when they grow

free seeds bro free seeds

that males gone so far that its a few days or a week away from spitting out its jizz anyway just keep the pollen in the fridge or freezer

if you have a mate with some dank regs growing indoor use the pollen on that to make yourself a new auto outdoor strain, you said its your hobby so hobby the fuck out of it

Konas, wicked reply mate, I didn't like the idea of just killing it so that's great advise, how do I go about harvesting the pollen? Just cut the sacks off ? Also how would I go about pollenating a female ?

You can cut the branch and put in water and let it ripen and the pollen will fall on what ever you put under it or you can let it live and pick em one by one as the ripen and gently push the pollen out. You'll learn when pick a couple hanging down. they swell up when they are almost ready and sometimes change color.

Don't kill it. Clone, collect pollen, juice it, repeat.

harvesting the pollen is pretty easy

you put the plant in a bag and shake it the pollen normally just falls into the bag

If they were not ready to open then once the plant is a little bit dry in a bag you should be able to work the pollen out of the sacks

Some people like to brush the pollen on with a brush

personally I like pollen in a bag, I put the bag over the branch I want to seed and dust/rub some on

I mean air normally blows the pollen onto the plant so if you get some on there it`ll do it

just obviously do it away from any females you don`t want to seed

and if the plant seeded is going back among flowing plants put it down wind of them, you can normally get just one branch to seed up but there`s obviously a risk of seeding the whole plant and any plants near by till any loose pollen works its way off

but yeah I managed to make seeds in a cupboard under my stairs with some autos and some regs a few years ago

Wish I had more space for breeding projects, trying to shock a trainwreck I just harvested into throwing out some balls so I can use it to make a new auto strain and some photo seeds too

If she don`t ball then she`s outside hopefully worse case she re-vegges and I get some outdoor trainwreck just about the same time my outdoor c99 is due to finish

but I have to shock something to hermi soon or I`ll be paying out for auto seeds I hate paying out for auto seeds, lol

Man I was pollen shopping last night, $100 a gram is the starting price for reg pollen and $200 a gram for "fem" pollen

and I bitch at paying £20 for a 10 pack of fem`d beans ! lol
