Male plant with female buds?!

I have a 5 week 12:12 from seed male plant that appears to be budding, is it a hermaphradite, or what's going on? Thanks, the buds are covered I'm trichs and nice looking kush like buds. Thanks

Oh, and the strain is pure power I believe, but it was bagseed so hard to say.

My good cameras broken so I can't get a close up, and they're are only two singular buds. And I identified it as male 3 days ago, he's atleast a foot tall and the male preflowers are clearly not smooth, they have creases and edges and no pistals.
