Under magnification it is pretty easy to tell that you have a plant that has not expressed its sex yet.

Oh, well perhaps a picture of the pre-flower would help. They are easy to identify.

Looks like that plant isn't showing it's junk yet. If you've changed to 12/12 just give it more time.
