Male or female?

Hey ppl need a hand telling sex of plant it has me puzzled or it just looks alot different to the others.
I'm trying to figure out wat the little pods that are coming out the top

Pods = male.

looks mannish from here. Hard to tell for sure from the focus, but if no white hairs exist, time for a funeral.

Think about it this way, males have balls, females have hairs (pistils)

Most plants won't show sex from seedling for 6-7 weeks after sprout...Is that plant a month and a half old? If it isn't I would try and wait another week or so, turning plants to flower before they show sex is actually detrimental to getting the most from your flowering and stresses the plant.
