Male or Female??

so i cant tell but does this look male?? are thos seed pods are starting preflowers for hairs? im in day 9 flowering. its the first sign of the little things in the nodes, im not talking about the leafs growing out of the node im talking about the little (> looking thing at the node twords the bottom. it looks like it can open up at the tip.

it looks like it may be a male preflower .......but you never really can tell until your a week or so into flowering....my advice would be to germinate a couple of more seeds, just in case your worst fears are true, and also when i have a male I'm literally in denial of it being a male, because i don't want to kill my baby, which I'm sure your going through the same emotion. When you flower it just take a few clones if it turns out to be a male destroy the plant and the clones, and then you'll still have those other few seeds you germinated on the way. No hard feelings its just luck...If you just started flowering which it looks like you may have give it another week and then you'll def be able to tell just distract yourself form your plant so you dont end up worrying about it the whole week

Yeah i was gonna say just wait half way through the second week of flowering, while you're at it pray it's female

ive been flowering for 9 days. i know males show faster. so you forsure think they look like male preflowers? i know they usually raise up on a stem right? and the female preflowers wont have a little stem under them. i dont see any stems, and i have a bunch more plants just none this big. ive had this plant for a long time. it took forever to grow then finally it started taking off.

so after researching im almost positive its a male. im so pissed i want to just smash it against the wall as hard as i can now.

Hey bro we all get upset when we get males cuz lets face it no buds. But always show appreciation and respect for the fellas!!! Remember they too played a HUGE role in ALL the straints. If it wasnt for the boys pot wouldnt be around. Even the legenday strains like Romulan, AK-47, and Cali Mist daddy's lol. But like these good dudes said give it a couple days. The males are blaitenly apparent. You are correct the male flowers will be on a somewhat of raise stem. Basically they are going to look like lollipops, and the top of the king bud will start to look like a pineapple.

yah my first plant was outdoor and it was a male and my second was outdooor and it was female. i wasnt able to look at them as much as i can now since they are indoor so i cant tell since i dont see specific balls or hairs its just starting.

always wait to see pronounced pods or pistils... it will become very apparent whether it is male or female, if your patient about it...

you can tell if little white hairs come out of them or not... just be patient and like the other poster said just incase... start some more beans...

that way if you do one at a time you are literally wasting almost an entire month between each "try"...

if you have multiple seeds up and running you wont have to go through the same process over and over... and end up wasting quite possibly month after month of attempts at rolling the dice with regular seeds...
