these 3 plants r supposed to be northern lights ,they r tall and have really fat leaves. i am begining to sex them (it has been day 3 of 12/12) to see which one is female. but from what ive read online they seem to follow a typical male growth pattern i.e. tall , large gap betwenn internodes ,sparse branching.
does anyone out there know if u can tell the sex before flowers appear based on growth patterns , because im a bit impatient and all my plants seem to look like this.
does anyone think these would be males or am i just freaking out??

tall doesn't make them male. All it means is that the light was too far away from the plants. What kind of lighting did you use and how far from the plants?

All super stretched but dunno, take closer pix of tops and stuff. Honestly they look like the 1st plant i ever had.. which was a male.

they need transplanted for sure man. they dont really look mature enough to tell even if they are older. you might want to just cut off the tops and clone them. then put the light closer and try again.

the light was the spring time sun ,ive grown different strains under the same conditions and they was short , not like these plants .

those plants are severely light deprived. If they were outside they were getting shaded about 99% of the day....

Also the small cups for pots are not going to cut it. You cant tell sex just by looking at the plants growing structure. You have to wait till they show sex which should be in a week or so at most.
