Hello all,
First timer here. I put my baby into 12/12 on monday. I've been checking every day for any signs of male or female (praying for the latter..) Anyways, i'm curious if a set of professional eyes can tell by looking at the picture... Thanks in advance!

female parts will most likely show at the top of the plantg first, and may take over 2 weeks to show. males almost always show earlier.

You see those amber/clear little balls in your soil. They've got some slimey shit in them.
Those are snail eggs.
This is another reason why should buy good soil.
Generic brands of soil, including Miracle Grow tend to bring little critters and bugs to your grow area.

As far as i have seen, there are no bugs. The area is clean and doesn't appear to be infested. Appreciate the info tho for future grows. Do you have any recommendations are decent soil that can be bought at stores?

Ok, so the first pic i put up was definitely a bit premature. Now i am definitely seeing something changing on my baby. To me looks to be the "ball" type growth of a male. Can any experts out there tell me what i'm looking at here (or if indeed it is something)...?

Hello again. So i got rid of the male. Just the other day my other plant began showing signs of female. A few of the nodes are showing small white pistils:lol:. My area is very small vertically so I need to do something. I researched LST quite a bit, and i know it's probably a tad late for me to start it, but at this point its my only option to save some space. The picture was taken today after i tied down the main stem. I understand this probably isn't the best thing to do (stress wise on my baby), but commetns are welcome, as i'm a newbie and would like to hear what others think about this setup.

Yeah, i had 2. The first part of the post was about that..so i cut him down. # 2 is a female, and i just started to lst it because of height limitations.
