Making Small Plants

You will definitely grow something. I mean your growing a weed in its natural environment, the sun so what more can you ask for? The plant will be happy until it's roots become restricted. What type of soil medium are you using? You may be able to mess with that to yield your desired results. If you're using dirt your going to have to figure about 1 ft per 1 gallon of dirt. At least that's what I have read. Thats not saying it can't be done, but you probably wont reach your plants full potential when your not giving its roots the room they need. Try a hempy bucket if you have time and a couple extra bucks, they're really inexpensive and are the simplest form of hydroponics I have seen. They will allow you to use a smaller pot to get more growth, you should try LST and get your plant to stay short but fill out. I think you can do it in no time, good luck.

Thanks man! I'm just fascinated with this bonsai thing. Im also lucky because I live in the tropics (no need for grow rooms) & we over here we do not have seedless weed. So, I have an abundant supply of seeds. 100% sativa seeds.

Btw, if any of you guys want to trade seeds with me that will be great. Our seeds are Lanrace. Growers here are poor farmers and they definitely do not hybrid! Be a great opportunity to create your own strain.

Let me know guys. I can send 30 seeds. Just let me know how to pack it coz I've never bought on line and don't know how they package it.

If you go to Mandalla Seeds nad look at their strains they are bred to be short and with a little LST you can keep'm shorter yet also you can start them in June and they will not grow as tall before they get into budding MAndalla#1 is one that comes to mind. Also you can E-MAil them with your concerns they will respond to you quickly I have and they did, can't say that about others out there. It's always just buy my crap and OH BTW good luck!
They have some really good sativa hybreds as well, you'll like'm!!!!!

If your outdoors then plant late. I wait until July outdoors so they only get 2ft tall. Or LST to keep short.

I hope your bonsai grow was a success. Anyway just letting you know that I am interested in the seeds you mentioned. It brings back memories from along time ago - 10+ years if I remember correctly. Sadly I am overseas and as such do not have access to this strain.

From what you've posted previously sounds like this is the true Baguio Gold seeds of old that i remember. Very Sativa in every sense of the word. It messes with your head and not your feet Very Hazy but then it has skunky and chocolate (Thai) tendencies in it's pheno's. Makes me wonder if it is really a true IBL. You really can't mess much with this strain due to the tropical climate. The Sativa genetics prevents rot and other problems due to poor airflow and high humidity of the tropics, yes it is leggy but that is for good reason. So don't mess with Darwin's theory on this one by making it shorter. You should be more concerned about the damn thing taking so long to properly finish and more often than not you have to harvest it quite early. If the farmers wait any longer then it will be well into the rainy season and that the creates a lot of problems. This is the main reason why most of the stuff you buy from the dealers there has a roaring sky high and no stoned at all. The hit of this thing is like a Roller Coaster ride in your head but at the same time it is not sustained. A nice jeepney thrill ride after school but then normal enough that Nanay does not notice when you get home. I seem to remember telling her that I just got car sick on the way home and got away with it

The taste of this thing is quite harsh if bought of the street (too dry, too moist etc). Something the vendors there get away with by not curing/handling it properly. I find that when I bought a good batch of the stuff and stored it in the stash jars for a while a cacao flavor comes out. Tablea chocolate in your mouth!
