Making Hash question

So here I am with about 20 bags of fine crystal covered trimmings in my deep freezer. I have decided to make some hash in the blender and using alcohol.My question is should I dry these cuttings as if I was gonna sift the trichs or should I take them cold from the freezer and start blending.I know the cold in ice hash helps seperate the trichs so would it be the same for the alcohol method??????Thoughts.Hopefully bubble bags next time

Dry them so thry are dry, butnot too flaky, otherwise you will get plant material in the hash. After you dry them, freeze it, and then do the extraction, since the cold will make the trics brittle

when we made hash, we left the buds in the freezer overnight, and then we Macgyvered 2 plastic cups and a screen/strainer together and shook. its a hell of a workout, but shake for at least an hour. post up in front of the tv or something and trade off with any of your buddies that might be hanging out.

Basically you've now separated all of the thc crystals/keef from the buds themselves. take this powder mix and put it in a tiny hand crank compressor, and compress the hell out of it. take it out and you've got a rock solid piece of homemade hash.
